Meet the Team

Jörg Palmersheim leads as Secretary General of ISOPA and ALIPA the industry associations since January 1st 2013. Under Jörg’s leadership ISOPA and ALIPA successfully launched the digital platform for the training of the safe use of diisocyanates, to the benefit of safety and health of millions of workers across Europe. He also conducted the establishment of ISOPA as an independent non-for-profit entity and drove the 10 year journey of advocacy on the REACH regulation on Diisocyanates as well as for Occupational Exposure Limit Value on Diisocyanates.

Kristine Dewaele, Counsellor, Office and Project Manager. I started my career in 1997 at ISOPA and ALIPA. I started as secretary assisting the Secretary General. Quite quickly my position changed to office manager and with the experience I gained over the years I became senior HR, office and project manager with special focus on Product Stewardship matters. I am especially involved with the set up and roll out of the ISOPA driver training program and Reach restriction training program.

Jelle Verheij, Public Affairs and Communications Officer at ISOPA since August 2024. With a background in EU Affairs and Political Science from the Netherlands and Sweden, I joined ISOPA as Public Affairs and Communications Officer. My main responsibilities include the management of external and internal communications and the monitoring EU policy developments in the areas of chemicals and sustainability. Prior to joining ISOPA, I gained experience in Brussels as a policy advisor working on similar topics.

Martin Piscina, Marketing & Sales assistant at ISOPA since August 2024. I bring a background in E-business and a passion for digital development. I began my professional career in a different sector but continuously pursued my interest in web design and development as a freelance, creating customized websites for clients. This blend of skills has equipped me with a versatile perspective on both marketing and technical implementation. At ISOPA, my main responsibilities include managing the website safeusediisocyanates.eu and supporting various projects aimed at its development and expansion.
