The ISOPA assessment scheme serves to support users of isocyanates to evaluate their bulk unloading facilities. The scheme is focused on bulk-specific technical safety standards. It cannot address regulatory obligations as they apply to a particular site.
With respect to this, ISOPA and its associated members disclaim any liability in connection with the use of services rendered and of the related information provided. It is the responsibility of the user to verify the accuracy of the services and the related information.
As ISOPA we strive continuously to reduce the occurrence of near misses/incidents, and measurement is absolutely crucial to that process.
Recording information via an incident report enables companies and associations to share best practices and improve their performance. Learning from incidents has been key to improving process safety and ensuring today’s low incident levels and we aim to bring them down even further.
